We fulfill our mission by:

— Working to increase the public's awareness of the bredth and depth of OMH's services
— Meeting the professional needs of our dedicated staff by providing them with opportunities for professional growth and educational development, and
— Remaining fiscally sound.
Otsego Memorial Hospital (OMH) was founded in 1951 and has grown steadily through the years, keeping pace with the growth of its dynamic home community of Gaylord, Michigan. OMH is a progressive, independent, fully accredited primary and secondary care facility.
Operated by OMH are McReynolds Hall, MedCare Walk-In Clinic, the OMH Medical Group, OMH Specialty Center, OMH Montmorency Medical Clinic, OMH N'Orthopedics, and the Oncology and Infusion Center.
With the support of more than 460 employees, Otsego Memorial Hospital confidently provides the healthcare needs of the nine communities in our primary service area, including Atlanta, Elmira, Frederic, Gaylord, Johannesburg, Lewiston, Waters, Wolverine, and Vanderbilt.
Governed by the Otsego Memorial Hospital Association’s 10-member Board of Directors, the Association is a private and not-for-profit corporation, operating independently in a competitive healthcare environment for nearly 60 years.
Valued partnerships that help us meet our mission include:
— Dialysis Services of Gaylord - A partnership with Gratiot Medical Center
— Munson Healthcare, with whom we have an affiliation agreement.
— Munson Home Health which has its Gaylord offices in our Professional Medical Building, and of which OMH is a minority shareholder
