content imageOtsego Memorial Hospital is governed by a Board of Directors. Nomination and election to the Board of Directors takes place during the annual meeting of the Otsego Memorial Hospital Association.


Otsego Memorial Hospital is grateful for the dedication, skill and experienced leadership of the members of the Board of Directors.

OMH Association

Otsego Memorial Hospital Association is the entity that operates Otsego Memorial Hospital, McReynolds Hall, OMH MedCare Walk-In Clinic, OMH Medical Group, OMH N’Orthopedics, OMH Montmorency Medical Clinic, and oversees Dialysis Services of Gaylord – a joint venture with Gratiot Community Hospital. The Association consists of community members who have an interest in lending their leadership skills, and those who wish to show their support for this growing, progressive healthcare organization.


Each year, the OMH Association sends membership packets to existing members, individuals who have previously expressed an interest in the Association, and to other potential members who have been identified. A response to this mailing earns an individual or couple membership in the OMH Association for one year. By joining 90 days prior to the Association’s annual meeting, members are eligible to be nominated by the Nominating Committee for a position on the 10-member Board of Directors – the Board of Directors set the policies which govern the organization. By joining 30 days prior to the annual meeting, members are eligible to vote on any proposed by-law changes during the annual meeting and elect proposed candidates to the Board of Directors.


Membership Dues

Annual membership in the OMH Association is $5 per individual and $8 per couple as established by the organization’s by-laws. These dues are renewed annually to maintain membership. The funds assist in paying for mailings required by the Association by-laws.To join, the OMH Association, contact the Administration office at (989) 731-2230.
