About Us

The Lewsiton office is located at 3040 Bourn Street, in Lewiston, Michigan. The OMH Medical Group—Lewiston Rural Healthcare Clinic began in 1992 and was purchased by OMH in 2008. The primary care physicians of the OMH Medical Group—Lewiston are available to help prevent, diagnose and treat a wide variety of ailments, as well as provide patient education and childhood immunizations.

Through the Clinic’s connection with OMH, it is able to provide radiology services including mammography and bone densitometry, as well as physical therapy and laboratory phlebotomy services (blood draws) on site for the convenience of its patients.

The Clinic received its Rural Healthcare Clinic (RHC) certification in 2009.
