Our registered dietitian focuses on training inidviduals to make the most informed decisions regarding foods they eat to decrease risk of complications from disease. Shopping, cooking and eating out learning ensures ongoing change in food choices for optimal health.
We provide proficient treatment of diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure among others. We will assist to promote goals of long term complication prevention through improved blood glucose levels, lipid panel results, normalized blood pressure and weight mangement. Other medical conditions that affect maintenance of health such as weight loss due to treatment of cancer, COPD, and failure to thrive have treatment options available.
Treatment consists of individual sessions (family and support persons welcome to attend). Physician referral required. Corporate wellness classes can be customized to company requests.
