    Otsego Memorial Hospital is located six blocks north of downtown Gaylord, a short distance from I-75.

    Directions

    Coming from the North/South (Exit 282 off I-75): Drive east on M-32 and continue to the second stoplight. Turn left on N. Ohio Ave. and continue six short blocks to W. North Street. Turn right on W. North St. and continue to Otsego Memorial Hospital. The hospital will be on your left at the corner of W. North Street and Center Avenue.   

    Coming from the East/West (M-32): Drive into downtown Gaylord on M-32. At the center of town, turn north on Center Avenue and proceed a few short blocks. Otsego Memorial Hospital will be on your left at the corner of W. North Street and Center Avenue. 

    Coming from Cherry Capital Airport in Traverse City: Leaving the airport, turn left onto S. Airport Road. At the stoplight, turn left onto Three Mile Road. At the second light, turn right onto US-31 (Munson Avenue). At the stoplight in Acme, turn right onto M-72. At the stoplight in Kalkaska, turn left onto US-131. At the blinking light in Alba, turn right onto Alba Highway. When the road ends, turn right onto M-32. Drive into downtown Gaylord. Turn left onto Center Avenue. Drive north for six short blocks. Otsego Memorial Hospital is on your left at the corner of W. North Street and Center Avenue.

    When to Call an Ambulance

    • You need care right away.
    • You have severe bleeding or blood loss.
    • You are having difficulty breathing.
    • You may have injured your neck or spinal cord.
    • You have severe chest pain.

    Do not call an ambulance:

    • When you are awake, breathing without difficulty, and do not seem to be getting worse very quickly.
    • When it is not an emergency.
